HOW TO USE

1. Wet the bar with water to activate the lather.
2. Rub directly onto damp skin using circular motions, or lather it between your hands or a washcloth.
3. Use the smooth side for gentle daily cleansing.
4. Massage using the textured side to stimulate circulation and promote muscle relaxation.
5. Rinse thoroughly and pat skin dry.
